Volunteering

If you are interested in finding out more about volunteering, please either:

• Drop into one of our 3 bureaux during opening hours and ask for further information
• Apply through the national Citizens Advice website www.citizensadvice.org.uk

You will receive full training to handle face to face initial inquiries from the public on any issue, plus training to enable you to answer queries by phone, webchat or email.
